Healing Through Words

Words can be a refuge.
They can hold your pain, name your grief, and gently guide you toward healing.

Mental Emotions was created for those navigating emotional wounds, broken homes, love that hurts, grief that lingers, and healing that takes time. This is a space where your feelings are valid, your story matters, and your emotions are not too much.

About Me

I am the author of Mental Emotions; a mirror of my soul and the emotions that shape my being. Though I have never published my poems before, my words are born from life’s experiences and its unexpected turns. Through this collection, I open my heart to the world and invite others to walk with me through my journey of reflection and healing.

I found your book simple, initially but as I continued to read; it woke something in me. I do not normally reflect but with this book, I did.
